The effect is electrifying, especially when the blooms arise by the hundred on well-branched, vigorous, unstoppable plants.Pansy Cool Wave is just 6 to 8 inches high, but trails an incredible 24 to 30 inches from containers of all kinds (or across the garden floor). It bounces back beautifully from rainy and rough weather, filling your garden or patio with bold-faced blooms all spring, fall, and in warmer climates, winter.
