AAS Winner 2020This standout Profusion Red Yellow Bicolor Zinnia variety is a double gold medal award winner. In 2020, it earned top honors in the US at All-America Selections (AAS) and in Europe at Fleuroselect (FS). Of course, accolades and medals are nothing new for the Profusion series, but this is the first time in 17 years that a single variety has nabbed a gold medal at both AAS and FS. The unique red and yellow coloration with which the blooms begin the season—golden yellow petals with a bold red center ring—has never before been achieved in an interspecific zinnia hybrid. The brilliant bicolor blooms gradually soften to shades of apricot, salmon, and dusty rose as they age. Disease-resistant Profusion Red Yellow Bicolor Zinnia have a low-growing, compact habit and a floriferous nature, blooming continuously in durable, long-lived flowers.
