Such a lovely Impatiens, softly marked in shell-pink and starred with a butterfly-shaped splash of cherry-red! This compact little plant flowers early and heavily, continuing for months indoors or out!
Cherry Splash Hybrid sets masses of 1½-inch blooms, beginning just 8 weeks after you sow the seeds! Very content as a houseplant as well as a shade bed or container standout, it reaches just 8 to 10 inches high and wide, yet covers every available inch with two-tone blooms. The flowers open a powdery shade of pink, then mature to white over time.
And such time they have! These blooms begin in early summer in most climates (even sooner where spring is warm) and continue all season and well into autumn. They also remain open almost continuously indoors in indirect light.
