Very firm and packed with crispness, these radishes are delicious, offering a spicy bite that complements all your salads and stews. Too often relegated to the status of garnish, radishes are nutritious and quite tasty, and Easter Egg Blend should bring them back to the palate as well as the table!
These roots measure 2 to 3 inches in diameter and are round to oval-shaped. All three colors have a similar satisfying flavor.
