Theyre made to be julienned, but also taste delicious straight from the garden, pod and all.Mascotte reaches just 16 to 18 inches high and about 8 to 10 inches wide, so its incredibly compact. If youre growing it in the garden, sow the seeds 2 to 3 inches apart in rows about a foot apart. If its going in a window box, space holes about a foot apart and fill each hole with 3 to 4 seeds.
