A delicately flavored loose-leaf, very crinkled and curled, with great holding ability.Green Ice — 45 days. Extra-crisp, savoyed loose-leaf that harvests well into summer.Buttercrunch — 65 days. The classic butterhead (Boston), with thick, juicy, crunchy leaves.Sierra — 55 days. A terrific Romaine (Cos) with thick, crisp green leaves with reddish-bronze edges.
