And they sit at the top of the plant, facing the sun, so you can see them brilliantly above the lush dark green foliage. All of this on naturally well-branched, dense plants just 8 inches high and 10 inches wide!

NuMex Easter makes the perfect container subject, and is a great neighbor to flowering plants as well as foliage beauties in the sun. It greets spring with small white flowers, followed by peppers all summer long. As the chiles begin to dry out, snip them off. NuMex Easter may reward you with new ones!

Tolerant of heat, humidity, drought, wind, and rain, this pepper is about as easy as you can get for garden or container. Just give it plenty of sunshine, good soil drainage, and a thorough watering every now and again (when the top ½-inch of soil has dried out).
