Ready in just a little over 2 months, it is quicker than many others, so you can harvest over a longer season with successive sowings a week or two apart from spring until midsummer. This is a whole new day for corn crops in many climates!
These 7-inch ears are ring, packed with yellow and white kernels held in 14 to 16 rows. Absolutely tender-sweet, they should be harvested gently by hand to preserve their flavor and texture. This is truly gourmet eating. Pkt is 200 seeds.
