Growing a mere foot tall and wide, this petite evergreen plant is a powerhouse of color and texture interest. On top of all that, it can even withstand drought conditions. Rosebud Dianthus is a sun-loving beauty, but doesnt mind part shade and does well in average soil as long as it is fairly loose and well drained. Thrives best in zones 5 to 9.
