Poquito looks just like a tiny watermelon, weighing only a few ounces but packed with flavor and texture. Just wash it off and slice it, skin and all, for the most delicious kebabs you’ll ever taste. Chop it raw for salad, slice it lengthwise and pop it on the BBQ to acquire some grill marks and smoky flavor, or steam it for just a few minutes to bring out all the juicy goodness of the flavor.
